1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and lodi64 ("lodi64," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the lodi64 website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any lodi64 services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision contained in these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Your continued use of lodi64 services following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such amendments.

1.1 Amendments to Terms

lodi64 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you object to any changes, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your account.

1.2 Supplementary Terms

In addition to these Terms, your use of specific lodi64 services may be subject to additional rules, guidelines, or terms ("Supplementary Terms"). Supplementary Terms will be made available to you in connection with the relevant services and are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of conflict between these Terms and Supplementary Terms, the Supplementary Terms shall prevail with respect to the specific service in question.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to and use of the lodi64 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and internal lodi64 policies.

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

You must meet all of the following criteria to create an account and use lodi64 services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations and Republic Act No. 9287.
• You must be a legal resident of the Philippines or legally present within Philippine territory at the time of account registration and Platform use.
• You must be legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, government exclusion list, or regulatory prohibition list maintained by PAGCOR or any Philippine gaming authority.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To access gaming services on lodi64, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted by the registration process. Required information includes but is not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• Date of birth;
• Valid Philippine mobile phone number;
• Valid email address;
• Residential address; and
• A secure password meeting our security requirements.

You agree to provide truthful information and to update your account information promptly if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

2.3 Identity Verification

lodi64 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all account holders. You agree to provide, upon request, valid government-issued identification documents including but not limited to Philippine passport, driver's license, or Philippine Identification Card (PhilID). Additional verification documents may be requested, including proof of address (utility bills, bank statements) and proof of payment method ownership.

Your account will have limited functionality until identity verification is completed. Withdrawals are prohibited until full verification is achieved. lodi64 reserves the right to request additional verification at any time, and failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

2.4 Account Restrictions

Each User is permitted only one account on the lodi64 Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. lodi64 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify multi-accounting, including but not limited to IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, and behavioral analysis.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, transfer, or otherwise provide access to your account to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in permanent account closure.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your account. This includes using a strong, unique password not used for other services, never sharing your password with others, logging out after each session on shared devices, and enabling two-factor authentication if available.

lodi64 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or any other communication method. Any request for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to our security team.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

You must notify lodi64 immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. Until you notify us, you remain responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. lodi64 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

3.3 Account Activity Monitoring

You agree that lodi64 may monitor account activity for security purposes, fraud prevention, and compliance with these Terms. Suspicious activity may result in temporary account suspension pending investigation. You agree to cooperate with any investigation and provide requested information in a timely manner.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your lodi64 account using approved payment methods including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer, and other methods designated by lodi64 from time to time. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited as part of our anti-money laundering compliance.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process. lodi64 reserves the right to modify these limits without prior notice. Deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Currency conversion, if applicable, will be processed at prevailing exchange rates with any applicable fees disclosed before transaction completion.

You are responsible for all transaction fees imposed by your payment provider. lodi64 does not charge deposit fees unless explicitly stated during the transaction process. Deposits are typically credited to your account immediately, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and external factors beyond lodi64's control.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed after successful identity verification and compliance with all bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name matching your verified identity documents. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are specified in your account withdrawal section.

Standard withdrawal processing time is 1-3 hours for verified accounts, though this may extend to 24-48 hours during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required. VIP account holders enjoy priority processing. lodi64 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.

Withdrawals are subject to any applicable bonus terms and wagering requirements. Funds subject to active bonus requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled or the bonus is forfeited. lodi64 may impose withdrawal limits based on your account level, verification status, and applicable regulatory requirements.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

lodi64 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) program in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. As part of our AML obligations, you agree that:

• You will not use the Platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose;
• All funds deposited originate from legitimate sources;
• You authorize lodi64 to conduct enhanced due diligence for transactions meeting certain thresholds;
• Withdrawals may be refused if deposits have not been wagered at least once (anti-money laundering requirement); and
• Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Activities

When using the lodi64 Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated systems, bots, or software to play games or place bets;
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal gain;
• Engaging in chip dumping, bonus abuse, or other forms of fraudulent play;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other players or lodi64 staff;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or identity;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code from Platform software;
• Interfering with Platform operation or attempting unauthorized access to lodi64 systems; or
• Any activity violating Philippine law or these Terms.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and potential legal action. lodi64 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in investigating illegal activities.

5.2 Game Integrity

All games available on the lodi64 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) subject to regulatory oversight. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated by players or lodi64.

lodi64 publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games. These percentages represent theoretical returns over extended play periods and do not guarantee individual session results. Short-term results may vary significantly from published RTP due to normal statistical variance.

5.3 Betting Limits and Restrictions

lodi64 imposes betting limits on games and accounts. These limits are designed to promote responsible gaming and manage operational risk. Limits may be adjusted based on account verification status, VIP level, game type, and other factors. You agree to respect all applicable limits.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials on the lodi64 Platform ("Intellectual Property") are owned by lodi64, our licensors, or third-party content providers and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Platform content;
• Use automated systems to access or extract data from the Platform;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
• Use lodi64 branding, logos, or trademarks without express written permission; or
• Frame or mirror any Platform content on other websites.

Unauthorized use of lodi64 Intellectual Property constitutes infringement and may result in legal action under Philippine intellectual property law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, lodi64, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, winnings, or potential winnings;
• Loss of data or account access;
• Technical failures, system downtime, or service interruptions;
• Errors in game software or payout calculations;
• Unauthorized access to your account by third parties;
• Actions or omissions of payment processors or other third-party service providers; or
• Any other losses arising from Platform use, even if lodi64 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow limitation of liability for consequential damages, lodi64's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall lodi64's total aggregate liability exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your account during the three months preceding the claim.

7.1 Force Majeure

lodi64 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, power failures, telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions, or any other force majeure event.

8. Responsible Gaming

lodi64 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

8.1 Self-Limitation Tools

Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and wagering limits through their account settings. Once set, these limits cannot be increased immediately; increase requests are subject to a cooling-off period. Limits can be decreased or removed at any time. We encourage all players to use these tools to manage their gaming activity responsibly.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need to take a break from gaming may self-exclude for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. 8.3 Underage Gaming Prevention

9. Account Closure and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds subject to verification and compliance with these Terms. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately. Accounts with pending bonuses or wagering requirements must either fulfill those requirements or forfeit the bonus before closure is finalized.

9.2 Involuntary Termination

lodi64 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms;
• Provided false or fraudulent information;
• Engaged in prohibited activities outlined in Section 5.1;
• Violated applicable laws or regulations;
• Been placed on a self-exclusion or regulatory exclusion list; or
• Otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to lodi64 or other players.

Upon termination for cause, lodi64 reserves the right to forfeit any account balance and void all pending bets. Funds obtained through fraudulent activity will not be returned. You will remain liable for all charges and obligations incurred prior to termination.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. lodi64 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee on inactive accounts with positive balances. You will be notified via email before any fees are assessed. To reactivate your account, simply log in.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the lodi64 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

10.1 Complaint Resolution Process

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of lodi64 services, you must first contact our customer support team. We will endeavor to resolve complaints within 7 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through their official complaint procedures. lodi64 is bound by PAGCOR decisions on disputes falling within their regulatory authority.

10.2 Arbitration

For disputes not resolved through the complaint process, you agree that any claim shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. Arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

11.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.2 Waiver

No waiver by lodi64 of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by lodi64 to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any third party. lodi64 may assign these Terms and your account to any affiliate or successor entity without your consent.

11.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Supplementary Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and lodi64 regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written.
